1. Sync from Google
Loath to admit it, but this was pretty helpful. Synced apps from the Play Store, settings, etc. Might still be worth me documenting the setting tweaks to Android that I like for when this isn't used.
Note: I use a lot of apps from F-Droid and these aren't synced.
2. Set up Syncthing
So I can sync various things from other places. I could also pull them from git.
- install Syncthing-Fork from F-Droid
- connect phone to existing Syncthing node
3. Setup KeePassDX
- sync Keepass files via Syncthing
- install KeepassDX from F-Droid
4. Setup Orgzly
- sync org files via Syncthing
- install Orgzly Revived from F-Droid
4.1. Orgzly setup
- broken repository links
- had to re-set and then force over write local on all of them
5. Setup Termux
- termux-setup-storage
- termux-change-repo
- pkg install fish
- pkg install git
6. Setup Emacs
See Setting up Doom Emacs in termux on Android
- pkg install emacs
- git clone… For Doom
- doom install
- .doom.d clone from dotfiles
7. Elsewhere
